While we do not handle payments directly, we can track down your debtors, in person, to remind them of their obligations and encourage them to contact you to reach acceptable repayment terms.

DELINQUENCY INTERVIEWS

If you’re having a hard time contacting a debtor, call on Matrix to conduct a Delinquency Interview. A knock at the door is much more impactful than an easily-ignored phone call or letter! Matrix’s hardworking team of field agents will track down your debtors at home or work and encourage them to resume communication with you.


Discretion and confidentiality are assured, and you will receive a report back quickly, indicating that contact has been made, when you should expect to hear from your debtor, and any other notes gathered through conversations about the debt or collections process.

VEHICLE OR LEASED EQUIPMENT REPORTS

With a team stretching right across BC, Matrix Bailiff Services can send a Field Agent to verify the condition, location, and surroundings of the vehicle or equipment in question. We will inspect the equipment or vehicle to ensure it is properly licensed and insured, and that it is being operated within the leasing agreement rules. 


While on site, we will also determine if there are any obstacles to repossessing the equipment. As licensed Bailiffs, the Matrix team is able to assist, should you choose to go that route.

VEHICLE AND COLLATERAL CONDITION REPORTS

If you need to verify the condition of an asset—vehicles or any other type of collateral—the Matrix team of Field Agents can perform a field inspection and provide you with detailed reports and pictures showing the overall condition, VIN, odometer and/or hour meter readings, and other identifying information. 


If you suspect that your collateral has been damaged, it’s best to have someone check it first-hand. Call Matrix to be your eyes on the ground and protect your collateral.


REPOSSESSION FACILITATIONS

Most often, a repossession facilitation is a drive-by inspection to determine if your collateral could be easily accessed by a Bailiff. Once the location of the asset has been confirmed, as well as any obstacles that would make a repossession difficult, the file can be transferred to one of our Bailiffs to execute the repossession. Because the asset has been verified and any difficulties addressed ahead of time, the repossession can take place quickly and efficiently.
